About

Digital transformation entails an evolution of the environment and a restructuring of established business processes. It is difficult today to have a
broad vision of the possibilities opened by digital transformation and its consequences.
The point here is that digital transformation requires more than project management practices because it involves human beings who are often reluctant to transformation. This is why change management is necessary, and it is the difficult part of the process. This process goes beyond the adaptation of tools, methods and processes and will require a high level of adaptability and reactivity.

Diana est professeure affiliée à ESCP Business School, Campus de Madrid. Elle a vécu dans 7 pays répartis sur 4 continents et a près de 30 ans d’expérience dans le développement de cadres.

Elle a été responsable du développement des ressources humaines et de la communication d’entreprise pour une banque d’investissement internationale, dans le secteur du conseil. Elle a aussi été associée fondatrice de Managers Studio (2006), ce qui lui a permis de se concentrer sur les compétences en influence dans des équipes et des organisations culturellement diverses.

Diplômée d’un B.A. de l’Université de Londres, elle est aussi certifiée en formation pour améliorer l’efficacité interculturelle des équipes.

Elle donne des conférences sur différents aspects du leadership international et de l’engagement des équipes, en mettant l’accent sur les défis de la gestion à l’échelle internationale dans des environnements changeants et incertains.
